Please do not purchase any products or services from our site if you do not agree with these Terms of Sale. Frank’s Sport Shop, Inc (the “Company”) reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice to you. If you are not 18 years old or older, do not use the Website or any of the Website’s contents or services.
An email confirmation will be sent after placing your order containing your order number and order details. Please note we may run out of stock at any given time. In some instances, very limited inventory may be available in stores, but because of small quantities we are unable to reflect the availability online. Please call to verify availability at 1-877-223-1438. If the product is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you by email, or try to reach you by phone or text; if we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, your order will be subject to cancellation and payment refund. When placing your order, you agree to these Terms.

Pre-Order: When a product is listed as Pre-Order, such product is not yet in stock but is available for advanced purchase on our website. Pre-Order items are shipped once in stock. You will be notified of a product’s updated status by email.
Backorder: When a product is listed as Backorder, it means the product is not yet in stock but is available for purchase. Backordered items are shipped once in stock. You will be notified of a product’s updated status by email.
Special Order: Special Order products require some additional preparation time before shipment. You will be notified of the status of your Special-Order item by email.
Frank’s Sport Shop is not responsible for errors in pricing on the Website, and reserves the right to change or correct all prices posted on the Website without notice. The product price will be reflected on your order receipt or confirmation including itemized charges for any taxes or shipping.
Frank’s Sport Shop is required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped in New York State. The appropriate tax percentage will be added to your merchandise total.
Website prices or coupon discounts do not apply to Retail Store Location. Online offers are ONLY valid for purchases made on FranksSports.com and only during the stated time period. Limit one coupon per customer and one coupon per order, unless stated otherwise. Can’t be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions, or coupons. Not valid on prior purchases. Sales tax and shipping fees are not included in the total purchase calculation. If you return a portion of your purchase, the prorated discount associated with those items will be lost or forfeited. Cannot be redeemed for cash or used as a payment at Frank’s local store. Offers apply to online stock only and exclude clearance items, gift certificates and gift cards. Frank’s has a right to limit the number of items purchased per customer under any online discount offer. All coupons are void if copied or transferred.
All payments are US Dollars only and must be made at the time of your order, using our secure payment form. Otherwise, your order will be voided. We currently accept the following payment methods:
Payment details you provide will be encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology, before they are submitted to us over the internet.
Available products typically begin preparation for shipment as soon as the payment method is verified. Products ship once they are confirmed In-Stock, packed to ship, payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and can not be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in shipments due to unforeseen events such as weather or third-party carrier delay. Delivery is considered complete once it passes to you upon acceptance by selected carrier.
Delivery times vary based on how long the product takes to be processed for shipping if the product is available, the shipping method you select, and your shipping location. Please note that shipping processes take place on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and Jewish Holidays.
In-Store Pick Up: Available products are typically ready for pick up within four hours after placing your online order. An email notification will be sent to confirm exactly when your order is ready to be picked up. Proper identification and order confirmation will be required to be presented upon pick up.

Frank’s Sport Shop, Inc. in addition to providing the best products and value to our customers, we strive to provide superior customer service. We understand online shopping is not like walking into our shop. For that reason, we offer a no-hassle 30-Day returns window after date of receipt.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any in-stock (non-special-order) item you received; we will refund the full purchase price excluding shipping costs. All non-stock or special-order items are subject to a 20% restocking charge. For this reason, we encourage you to order in-stock items when there is an option.
When returning your item please include your full name and order number and please indicate the reason for the return. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 3-7 business days after we receive of your order, for your refund to be processed.
