After placing your online order you will receive an order confirmation email from Frank’s Sport Shop. While most internet orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day; orders placed after 12:00 PM may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Weekend and Holiday orders are shipped on Monday or the first business day after the Holiday.
Please note: Some products are offered with customization options, such as embroidery. If you select a customization option at checkout, please allow 5 to 7 days preparation time.
Within 24 to 48 hours (business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service 1-877-223-1438 by phone for assistance (Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time).
Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. A physical address is required for shipment.
Pre-Order (Shipping): Pre-Order items are shipped once in stock. When a product is listed as Pre-Order, we generally include on our website the date when that product will be in stock. When a Pre-Order product is in stock, you will be notified of the product’s updated status by email, including its shipping information. Shipping cost, including Free Shipping option when available, will be calculated at Checkout based on product price, delivery address, package size and weight.

We offer Free Shipping on any order over $99 (not including taxes and fees) within the continental US, except for items exceeding a total weight of 10 lbs (which are not eligible for Free Shipping). Oversized Shipping Charges for any heavy or large items may apply. APO/FPO addresses are also excluded from Free Shipping.

Our payment processing system is not prepared for international orders at this time. Based on the day and time the order is placed, and due to certain types of shipments, and products, the number of warehouses from which we can source product for your order may be limited. Therefore, stock status may be affected. Please call us at 1-877-223-1438 to make sure the items you are ordering are available. Otherwise, if the product is not available, back orders will be taken and will ship once the product is available.
