When returning your item please include your full name and order number and please indicate the reason for the return. Please read the Packaging Return Instructions below.
Items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange. Your package will be returned to you at your expense. Packages returned a second time will neither be returned or credited but instead donated.
Wood bats have no guarantee against breakage, but like metal bats can be exchanged if they have not been used or had labels and packaging removed.
Customized merchandise such as embroidered, printed, engraved, tackle twilled, braided, etc. included but not limited to apparel is non-returnable.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any in-stock, (non-special-order) item you received; we will refund the full purchase price excluding shipping costs. Unless you received the wrong or a defective item, shipping charges are not refundable.
All non-stock or special-order items are subject to a 20% restocking charge. For this reason, we encourage you to order in-stock items when there is an option.
If a package is shipped out during a free shipping promotion, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be refunded the cost of the products MINUS our initial shipping cost.
If you decided to refuse your package, please note that the initial shipping cost and the undelivered return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 3-7 business days after we receive the returned merchandise, for your refund to be processed.
In order to proceed with a product exchange, you’ll need to place a new order (to ensure product availability), and return the original item for a refund, as explained in the Returns policy above.
