Care for our community is, and always has been, the backbone of our enterprise since Frank’s Sports Shop opened its doors to the public in 1922 -over 100 years ago-, by implementing multiple programs through these years in order to support our neighbors, our partners, and a diverse group of organizations and institutions (educational, sports, religious, and many more). We knew then, and we know now, that we wouldn’t have been able to stay open all these years without their support. For that reason, we wanted to take a step forward in supporting our community with the creation of our new website, which allows us to introduce a new Frank’s B2B Program.

Frank’s B2B Program comprises multiple varieties of advantages offered to our members, including but not limited to: product discounts, shipping discounts, access to premium content, access to members-only offers, early access to special products, etc. We will communicate these advantages to our members, and we reserve the right to modify them at any time.

Are these advantages only available online?

Some of Frank’s B2B Program advantages may be online only, some may be in our brick-and-mortar store only, and some advantages may be available in both online and in-store. It would be generally limited to the availability of the products or services involved, but we reserve the right to decide when and where these advantages will apply.

How can a member access to these advantages?

It depends on the type of membership and on the type of advantage. For example, if your membership gives you a price discount for a particular product, you will generally see that discount automatically applied for that particular product when logging into our website using your membership credentials. If that discount is also available in-store, we will ask you to prove your membership at checkout, so we can apply the discount before proceeding with the payment. How and when these advantages are available might be determined on a case-by-case basis, and it will be communicated to our members.

Who can become a member of this B2B program?

Even though Frank’s B2B Program is mostly open to corporations and institutions (generally related to sports or education), we may also welcome individuals, associations or organizations of any kind. We reserve the right to decide who can become a member of our Frank’s B2B Program.
